The following is a short guide to oils that will help relieve stress and boost immunity, so everyone can have a happy and healthy holiday.

There are a few ways you can use essential oils for stress management:

As aromatherapy: in a diffuser, in the shower
Topically: in homemade beauty products, in carrier oil, and directly on the skin in some cases
